The Dartmouth Education Foundation (DEF) is a non profit organization formed to ensure enhanced and enriched education opportunities for students in the Town of Dartmouth. The DEF was founded in 2007 by a group of parents and citizens in Dartmouth concerned with the consequences of decreased public funding on the quality of education in the town’s public schools.
They recently came to Slocum Studio because they had a problem. They had a website, but it was outdated and they couldn’t edit it. They had come to the right place.
We worked closely with the DEF and developed them an aesthetically pleasing website packed with information about the foundation. In doing so, we implemented the website onto a content management system so from now on, the foundation can edit their own content. This gives them the power to deliver up to the minute information to their user base, an extremely important feature in today’s fast paced world.
